The restaurant is dedicated to maintaining the authentic flavours of Japan, serving a menu of yakitori from the Saitama region north of Tokyo, where pork is used in addition to the traditional chicken, in order to offer a distinctive taste experience.

The restaurant uses award-winning sauces directly imported from the Hibiki yakitori restaurants of Higashi-Matsuyama, grilling only the finest fresh meats, such as fresh Sakura chicken and high-quality Japanese pork, accompanied by a selection of izakaya dishes like tempura, gyoza, and Japanese-style curries.
