However in 2002, professional chef Victor Chan and businesswoman Joyce Lee bought over the company. They had a vision to revolutionize a simple fresh fruit stall into a daring dream at the forefront of Durian confectionery. Birthing forth original creations such as Durian Mochi and Durian Pancake, these Durian desserts were a hit with consumers.
