DESCRIPTION

Taekwondo is a Korean Martial Art where students learn discipline, combat and self-defense techniques while honing their physical skills. At the same time, students will learn character building moral values, such as respect, patience, perseverance. At our school, we look forward to challenging every students each week - to improve their self-confidence, aerobic conditioning and balance.
