Suki-Ya is a Japanese restaurant chain that has grown in popularity in Singapore over the years, since its first outlet.
Also known as the “House of hotpot”, Suki-Ya as its brand name suggests, derives from the Sukiyaki, which is a Japanese dish that is prepared and served in a Japanese hot pot, commonly made for gatherings and bonding sessions.
At Suki-Ya, diners are treated to unlimited top-quality chilled beef and pork in paper-thin slices, along with tender farmed chicken meat.
In addition, as how Sukiyaki is traditionally prepared, the restaurant offers a wide selection of vegetables, tofu as well as dipping sauces to pair with the meats.
Suki-ya also features 5 different types of soup bases, namely, Shabu Shabu, Sukiyaki, Tonyu Miso, Butaniku and Kimuchi, all of which have its own unique and delicious flavours!
To date, Suki-Ya operates 10 outlets across Singapore, at shopping malls including Bugis+ and Bukit Panjang Plaza
