Four Seasons Durians started out as a fresh fruit stall along Thomson Road in the early 70s.

However, in 2002, Victor Chan, a baking instructor, took over the company and transformed it into a themed store that focused not only on durian fruit, but also on durian-infused products.

His first successful product was the delicious durian puffs, which quickly became a family favourite.

Mr. Chan's success was further validated by the opening of his second outlet at AMK Hub, where crowds would line up for his famous Durian Pancakes, stretching from the store at Basement 3 to the taxi stand. This creation was one of his finest originals.

With an unwavering spirit, Mr. Chan continued to innovate and introduce new products, such as Durian Mochi and Mao Shan Wang ice cream, which became popular in their own right.
