Bridging the Gap is an all-inclusive intensive intervention centre for children with special needs. Their team of early intervention educators and therapists use a variety of effective strategies to help children overcome their developmental disabilities, learning and communication impairments. They provide Early Intervention, School Readiness, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Educational Therapy, Social Skills Training, Behavioural Management and Multi-Sensorial Activities. These intervention programmes are customized accordingly to the needs of the child, providing holistic learning in a safe and nurturing environment.
