A seasoned veteran, Jing is the former Sous Chef of YOSHI RESTAURANT and began his culinary journey at the once-famed yakitori restaurant, Torisho Taka by Aoki. With a diverse range of experience and extensive knowledge, Chef Jing crafts his own unique spin on izakaya cuisine.
His dishes shine a spotlight on the rich, authentic flavors of his ingredients, with a special emphasis on charcoal-grilled delicacies.
