Luke's Lobster was founded in 2009 as a small lobster shack sourcing seafood from the founder's father's seafood business.

As the company grew, we established our own seafood company to meet the increasing demand for top-quality seafood in all of our shacks.

We take pride in being the primary supplier of traceable, sustainable seafood to all our shacks, where we maintain our commitment to serving 100% traceable seafood.

At Luke's Lobster, we bring traceable, sustainable seafood from the source to our guests across the world.

We work directly with fishermen to select the best seafood and bring it straight to our seafood company, cutting out the middleman and ensuring better-tasting lobster, crab, and shrimp at a fairer price for our fishermen. Our food is prepared pure and simple, without the filler, and paired with chowders and bisques.

We choose partners who uphold our commitment to sourcing superior, sustainable ingredients and support other small businesses, many of which are based in Maine or local to the cities where we've opened shacks.

Transparency is important to us at Luke's Lobster. We believe that to make healthy, responsible decisions about what we eat, we must know where our food comes from and how it's been harvested and handled.

We take pride in being able to trace every pound of seafood we serve back to the harbour where it was sustainably caught and support fishermen we know and trust.
