Poke Theory is a fast food-first concept serving up modern poke bowls, acai bowls, cold pressed juice & healthy snacks.

Started in July 2016, the brand centers itself on its 'Eat Colourful' mantra in the products they offer - rainbow poke bowls, an array of colourful drinks, and deliciously Instagrammable acai bowls.

Its trendy monotone interior is designed with the intention to allow for its fresh, vibrant produce to be the pop of colour in the space.

Originally a CBD lunch favourite, the brand has grown to 6 stores island-wide, with 3 more opening in Q3 2020, appealing to all ages from kids to adults.

Our modern poke bowls are made of marinated sashimi, vegetables and grains.

Think of it as sushi in a bowl, without the fancy price tag, packed with a vibrant array of fruits and vegetables.

Our bowls feed the lightest of eaters at under 250kcal (for a Light vegan Avocado Poke bowl), but also satisfy the gym buffs looking for a great protein fix.

For those who aren’t keen on raw fish, we also offer an ‘aburi’ option to flame torch your poke at no extra charge.

Otherwise, we have a chicken option that is cooked via sous vide.
