Tempura Makino is a specialty restaurant that is well-known for its delicious, handcrafted tempura dishes that are made-to-order in front of guests.

The restaurant offers a comfortable and elegant environment where customers can enjoy freshly prepared seasonal dishes and ingredients, along with high-quality tempura that is made using the traditional "Tsudoage" style, where each tempura item is served one-by-one.

Since its establishment in 2006, Tempura Makino has been known for providing premium quality tempura at affordable prices. The brand has slowly expanded to more than 10 outlets in Japan, after its first store was opened in Harima-cho, Kako-gun, Hyogo Prefecture (near Kobe).

The restaurant imports and uses the same flour, dashi, and dipping sauce that are used in Japan in order to attain the same light batter that showcases the quality of ingredients well. The batter is made using Okinawan egg.

Tempura Makino Singapore also serves free-flow homemade yuzu daikon all day, every day, following the tradition in Japan.
