Pancake Cafe Belle-Ville originates from Osaka Japan established in 1958. It's popular flagship store is located at Umeda Whity.

We are famous for our original made-to-order fresh meringue mille-feuille pancakes. Millefeuille (French for “thousand layers”) pancakes, is included with homemade whipped Hokkaido cream, stacked from 2 to 8 layers.
