In 2017, the Common Grill® by COLLIN'S® outlet in 217 Bedok North became the first Western cuisine outlet in Singapore to have a state-of-the-art Mibrasa charcoal grill oven installed in its kitchen. This reflects Chef Collin's unwavering commitment to delivering a quality dining experience.
The use of the charcoal grill in our dining experience is a game-changer. It imparts a distinctive smoky flavor to the meat that, combined with its aroma, makes for a sumptuous experience that cannot be replicated with gas or electric grills.
