While enjoying a cup of black coffee and craving some youtiao in a shopping mall, the idea for Dough Culture was born.
We saw an opportunity to expand the availability of traditional dough fritters and delicacies throughout Asia, and promote appreciation for the dough culture.
Through travels across Asia, we learned from various dough masters and developed our own successful recipe while incorporating inspiration from regional specialties to tantalize local taste buds.
To maintain our high standards for ingredients and consistency, we automated the dough-making process with an intelligent machine designed by Alex, one of our founders, who utilized his engineering expertise to ensure the perfect taste every time.
Our passion for Dough Culture has led us to share our Asian-inspired delicacies with the world, and we continue to do so to this day.
