Fragrance was created by Madam Ong who was encouraged by the passion and optimism of Singapore’s newfound independence in 1969. With recipes that are traditional and long-standing, Fragrance preserves a taste of nostalgia in their products. Not to mention, their tantalising barbecued selection and classic local snacks are manufactured right on Singapore’s shores.

At Fragrance, all products are produced in Singapore using only the best quality of ingredients, ensuring consistency and hygiene standards are meticulously maintained. Madam Ong’s effort and diligence succeeded with her iconic formula, where the divine scent of her Bak Kwa attracts Singaporeans from all walks of life. Fragrance offers products from Bak Kwa, Chinese Sausages and Cuttlefish to Pastries, Mooncakes and a variety of Tau Sar Piah flavours. Some of their Bak Kwa options include Singapore Sliced Tender Bak Kwa, Chicken Bak Kwa, Gold Coin Bak Kwa and even Crocodile Bak Kwa for those who possess adventurous taste buds. There are also 4 types of Floss, Pork Floss, Chicken Floss, Fish Floss and Crispy Pork Floss for customers to choose from. The Tau Sar Piahs come in 5 different flavours with the traditional sweet and salty as well as Queen Pastry and Morso Lotus Paste Tau Sar Piahs.
