We found ourselves irresistibly drawn to the intricate art and culture surrounding Matcha - the exquisite Shaded Green Tea.

Upon returning home, we found the distinct absence of that profound Matcha experience, leading us back to Japan on a quest to source premium ingredients from various prefectures. We felt compelled to understand the essence of these ingredients, leading us to engage directly with Tea Farmers and Tea Masters.

These interactions, combined with our frequent travels, have directly shaped the innovative creations we offer at Matchaya.
