Amongst the delicacies served to the royal families, one type of meat stood out - the Galmaegisal, also known as "skirt meat." Notable for its succulent tenderness and juiciness with just a touch of fat, each fully-grown pig or cow yields only 250 grams of this exceptional meat. So rare and delightful was this meat, it was traditionally reserved for royal palates.

Established in South Korea in 2007, Seorae Galmaegi emerged as the pioneer brand for this esteemed skirt meat. In 2015, we brought this culinary excellence to Singapore, opening our first barbecue outlet at Plaza Singapura, followed by our second outlet at Jem in 2017.
