Created by Arteastiq Group, known for its successful halal-certified Louisiana's Seafood Truck and "seafood bucket" concept Cajun on Wheels, The Sampanman celebrates the ingenuity of ethnic groups like the orang laut who lived on coastal islands and made a living from fishing. These communities had access to an abundance of fresh seafood, which forms the foundation of our menu.
