HCL Education Centre, a professional Chinese education centre, was established in December 2006, and has been gradually expanding. The Founder, Mr. Wang Deqing was a former teacher in Catholic High School with more than 15 years of experience in teaching and preparing pupils for the PSLE Chinese Language Examination.
