New 8ge Treasures (Pronounced as New Age Treasures) started in 2011, stemming from a passion and love for crystals, as well as a golden opportunity to tap on the crowds that would be drawn in by NEX, the heartland megamall.

The number "8" is used in New 8ge Treasures, significantly because we are currently in the Feng Shui Period 8 (2004-2023). Also, the number "8" resembles the infinity sign, whereby all good and auspicious things will accumulate within.
