No Signboard Sheng Jian takes pride in being a casual dining establishment specialising in Sheng Jian Bao, a Northern Chinese Dim Sum delicacy, along with an array of Rice & Noodles, Dishes, and Desserts.

Our signature offerings include the mouth-watering Pan-fried “Popping Juices” Sheng Jian Bao, Chilli Crab & Pork Sheng Jian Bao, Tricolour Sheng Jian Bao, Chilli Crab & Pork Xiao Long Bao, and Guo Tie, all of which are must-try items for any food enthusiast.

These delectable dishes are prepared daily in a 50cm authentic Shanghai cast iron wok, visible from our show kitchen, ensuring both dine-in and takeaway customers can enjoy the spectacle of their meal's creation.

In addition to our main menu, we offer value breakfasts, set meals, and afternoon tea specials to cater to a wide range of dining preferences.

The unique experience at No Signboard Sheng Jian extends beyond just food, as we serve up the taste you crave with our signature Pan-fried Pork Bun “Sheng Jian Bao” & “Rainbow Sheng Jian”.

The original “Sheng Jian Bao” is a small pan-fried pork bun, fried on an open fire in a large griddle pan, filled with succulent moist pork that bursts with flavour.

Our buns are known for their crusty bottom and tender dough, providing a delightful contrast in textures.

Not stopping at traditional flavours, we've innovated Sino–Singaporean dishes such as Crispy Rice with Chilli Crab Meat Sauce and Yangzhou Fried Rice with Chilli Meat Sauce.

Our Chairman & CEO, Sam Lim, identified the potential of Sheng Jian Bao during his travels to Shanghai, China, and after months of research and planning, we're proud to bring this delicious Shanghai delicacy to our customers.
