Bonding Kitchen is the brainchild of Chef Danny Chew, a culinary expert with 24 years of experience. His culinary journey began at the age of 17 when he started as a kitchen helper in a Chinese restaurant. Graduating from At-Sunrice Global Chef Academy in Singapore in 2011, Chef Danny further honed his skills by working at various Asian restaurants, including a renowned Chinese establishment in Liverpool, UK, where he spent four years perfecting his craft.

What sets Chef Danny apart is his unwavering passion for Peranakan cuisine, known for its delicate and elaborate flavours. After achieving great success with his private dining service for Peranakan Cuisine in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, Chef Danny is excited to bring his unique brand of Peranakan cuisine to his inaugural restaurant in Singapore.

Bonding Kitchen has a vision of fostering harmony and peaceful coexistence among the multiracial community through the appreciation of Peranakan cuisine, which serves as a strong representation of Singapore's multiculturalism. By showcasing the diverse flavours and culinary traditions that make up the fabric of the nation, Bonding Kitchen aims to inspire unity and understanding.
