The concept for Chunky Lobsters was born when our founders experienced the culinary delights of a lobster shack during a business trip abroad. Recognising the absence of a similar establishment in Singapore, they were inspired to share this extraordinary experience with their loved ones back home. Thus, they embarked on extensive research to bring the essence of a lobster shack to Singapore.

After years of meticulous planning, Chunky Lobsters initially started as a small unit in Oxley Tower, quickly becoming renowned as one of Singapore's first affordable "shack"-style lobster joints. Our popularity grew, driven by the enthusiasm of our customers who craved a sit-in dining experience.

In response to the growing demand for a dine-in setting, Chunky Lobsters expanded its offerings and introduced Chunky Lobsters Signature—a full-fledged dine-in concept. Now, in addition to our delectable seafood rolls, we proudly present a wide array of seafood dishes served hot and fresh at your table.
