We present our speciality dish - Ayam (Chicken) Geprek (Smashed or Crashed), served with traditionally prepared original sambal crafted in a mortar and pestle.

The heat intensity of our sambal can be customized from Level 1 to Level 15 to suit your preference, freshly prepared to order to ensure maximum freshness. Furthermore, we offer Sambal Matah (Balinese sambal) and Cabe Ijo (green chilli) for a diverse spicy experience.
