Ah Mah Homemade Cake, established in April 2017 in Malaysia, specialises in castella cakes, a type of egg sponge cake originally from Tamsui, Taiwan. In just a short span of three months, the brand achieved a remarkable milestone by selling over 100,000 boxes of its cakes. Chef Jim has skilfully modified the classic recipe, infusing it with a unique local flavour.

The cakes are known for their soft texture and melt-in-your-mouth quality, made from all-natural ingredients and baked fresh every day.

"Freshly Baked, With Love" is more than a slogan at Ah Mah Homemade Cake. Each cake is prepared daily on the premises, with each batch meticulously baked for about 40 minutes. To guarantee the freshest experience, the cakes are replaced every 12 hours.

The cakes are crafted with Grade AA eggs sourced from Singapore's N&N farm, ensuring unparalleled freshness.
