Suki-Ya is a Japanese all-you-can-eat sukiyaki & shabu shabu restaurant owned by Singapore F&B Group – Creative Eateries.
Creative Eateries was founded by Mr Anthony Wong in 1992.
Fuelled by his desire to create memorable and innovative dining experiences for his patrons, he established a variety of specialty restaurants such as Bangkok Jam, Siam Kitchen, Hot Stones Steak and Seafood Restaurant, Flaming Don and Suki-Ya.
To date, Suki-ya has over 10 outlets in Singapore, representing its culinary success.
Suki-Ya specialises in Japanese hot pot buffet where diners can enjoy a free flow of premium meats.
Some of the restaurant’s popular soup bases include the – Sukiyaki, Tonyu Miso Broth, Shabu Shabu and Mala Spice.
The sukiyaki broth features a sweet soy-based soup made from beef stock and seasoned with shoyu to give a sweet and savoury flavour.
The Tonyu Miso Broth is made from soy milk and dashi broth, resulting in a well-rounded sweet and creamy soup.
Lastly, the Mala Spice soup is jam-packed with chilli peppers, Sichuan peppercorns simmered in piquant chilli oil.
