One of our signature dishes is the Fresh Prawn Wanton Noodle. Each wonton is carefully hand-wrapped, consisting of eight parts filling to two parts wonton skin, creating a perfect balance of flavour and texture.
The noodle broth, a rich and savoury concoction, is simmered for over six hours. This slow-cooking process allows us to capture the exquisite taste of premium flounder fish, old chicken, shrimp roe, and fresh pork bones.
