Founded by Eric Kayser in 1996, Maison Kayser is an authentic artisanal French baker.

Meaning that in Paris, Singapore and other 150 locations around the world, artisan bakers from Maison Kayser start baking in-house early in the morning, using natural leaven and long fermentation process to come up with the best quality days after days.

Born in a family of bakers, Eric Kayser wishes to bring traditional bread back to modern time, explore the gastronomic field around bread, and share his love of good bread with the greatest amount of people from various cultures.

Far from being a chain, each Eric Kayser shop is unique and reflects the life of its town and neighborhood.

Present in Singapore since 2011 Eric Kayser’s bakeries propose a wide selection of bread and pastries, breakfast, brunch and lunch menu, from the French classics to local oriented creations, to enjoy on site or to take away.
