Butter Bean is a new cafe concept from BreadTalk Group, a company known for its bakeries and other food outlets.

Butter Bean offers a range of affordable drinks and dishes that reimagine local favourites without using pork or lard. Its menu includes elevated thick toasts, Korean-inspired sandwiches, and Nanyang coffee, making it the ideal spot for those looking for a unique experience.

The cafe's signature dish is the PB&J, a thick slice of toast topped with peanut butter and strawberry jam that is made in-house.

The star of the show, however, is the bread, which is made from Butter Bean's signature butter loaves, baked fresh on the premises daily using their own recipe. Made with pure New Zealand butter and specially imported Japanese flour, the bread is super pillowy with the heady fragrance of quality butter.

In addition to the PB&J, Butter Bean also offers a range of other toast options, including Flossy Chick, Milky Milo, BB's Kaya, Butter Sugar, and a savoury Omu Cheese, all made with the same signature butter loaves.

The cafe also serves sandwiches and a range of speciality drinks, including the G.M. Kopi BBliss, the BBrûlée Kopi Latte, Lychee Orange Tea, and BB Rose, which is a modern take on the classic Bandung.
