Due to the modern world of technology we now live in, we simply do not use our eyes to do the work they are designed for. We sit before small screens with not enough distance between us, often for long periods, whether it’s computers, laptops or phones.

As a result of this lifestyle we feel stressed, our vision becomes fuzzy or may double, the result being we end up with corrective lenses or the degree in our current lenses will increase.

Our aim at Orthovision is to educate you and your family so that you can understand and learn to appreciate the links between vision, learning and your emotional reality. We carry out a vision assessment, provide vision development tools and recommend simple exercises with a slight change in your visual habits.
