The name "Proofer" reflects their no-shortcuts philosophy, which involves allowing the dough to rise twice, resulting in deeply flavorful bread. Since its inception, Proofer has become a popular destination for busy urbanites seeking fresh, hot baked goods.
In addition to Proofer, the group has developed its own brands, including Yuba Hut, Laura, and 300BC Bakery.
