Hua Cheng Education Centre was spearheaded by a team of experienced NIE trained teachers in the year 2000. With the support from our advisor Dr Zhang Yen Ming, former Assoc Professor from NIE-NTU, we had developed our own curriculum and teaching methods in the teaching of Chinese language.

Over the years, we have continued to enhance and improve on our curriculum and teaching methods so as to scale greater heights.
