Award-winning Gold Medalist Chef Akimitsu Tanihara’s self-developed No-Pork-No-Lard Ramen and Tendon is the first of its kind in Singapore.

Bringing along his years of experience as the 5th generation successor, his self-created masterpiece, (Godaime Tendon), loosely translated as 5th Generation Tendon won the gold medal at the Japan Donburi Awards for 6 years in a row.
