We just love salted egg!

First of all, obviously we are foodies. We started XDCR to be on a heroic quest of conquering the culinary world with our magic ingredient - salted eggs.

After a few successful sell outs at events for the various signature salted egg dishes, we decided to take a plunge and launch XDCR. ​

Taking into account traditionally cherished Chinese finger food, the team envisions a kiosk that is different from the usual food kiosk – by specializing only in creating dishes that revolve around salted egg themes.
