Yamazaki Baking Company was founded in Japan in 1948 and is renowned for providing reasonably priced, fresh, high-quality baked products in wide variety such as sweet buns, fresh cakes, Japanese confectioneries and European style hard breads.

Since then, Yamazaki Baking Company has modernized through aggressive technological advances and the installation of state-of-the-art equipment.

The company then expanded to other major cities in Asia in 1981, where the Japanese-styled breads were very well accepted.
